Artistic Pursuits Art Curriculum

Here's an exciting addition to our curriculum selection. The Artistic Pursuits series is written by Brenda Ellis. The books have plastic covers and coil binding which makes them easy to work with. Pages are printed in full color on one side only and are visually pleasing to the eye. The instructions are easy to follow with lots of examples.

Included with each book is a packed of 5" by 7" art prints that you are instructed to glue onto the appropriate pages. You'll lift the art print to see information about each artist. In addition there is a small drawing of each picture that offers instruction on various elements used by that artist.

Overall this is a very well done art curriculum. Brenda Ellis has made life a lot easier for homeschool parents who want to teach art at home!
