 You need the core text for teaching the program. It can be
used for four years.
There are two options for teaching. One is to
follow the teaching in the core text and continue to work on the
skills with your own reading materials for copywork, narration
and dictation.
If you want to spend more time teaching and
less time looking for source materials, then use the Writing
with Ease Workbook for the appropriate level. Each level
contains fully developed lessons.
Writing With Ease has a very useful appendix
with frequently asked questions, troubleshooting information,
and resources.

Writing With Ease Workbooks for Levels 1 and 2
Each workbook provides the dictation
assignments, comprehension questions, and reading passages for a
full year of study. There are 36 weeks of lessons.
The first part of each workbook is the Teacher Section. There
are daily scripted lesson plans. The student pages are in the
second section. They provide room for copywork and narration
exercises and dictation. The student pages have interesting
black and white illustrations by Jeff West.
The workbook is reproducible for use within
the family.
