EPS Analogies-Critical Thinking Curriculum
With
Analogies, your students will learn to "sharpen reasoning ability, develop
critical thinking, understand relationships between words and ideas, learn new
vocabulary, and prepare for the SATs and other standardized tests. This is very
helpful for students who are planning to attend college and need to take college
entrance exams.
An analogy question is the type of question that shows an
analogy and asks you to choose the most similar analogy from four choices. For
example, cat is to fur as bird is to feathers. Fur covers a cat and feathers
cover the bird.
