The titles in Bible Stories for Early
Readers Level 1 include: Not a Bed (Baby Jesus), I Will Help
(Good Samaritan), Mom and the
Lad (Elijah and the Widow), The Lad's Bag (Five loaves and
two fish), and Daniel and the Big Cats (Daniel in the Lions'
Den.) The stories
in this level emphasize short vowel words. Each reader is a
paperback with about 32 pages with full color illustrations.
The titles in Bible Stories for Early
Readers Level 2 include: God Adds Oil (the widow's oil),
Zacchaeus' Cash Bag , 3 Brave Men (Shadrach, Meshach and
Abednago), 7 Dips (Naaman), and Jonah's Ride . The stories
in this level use words with the two-vowel rule. Each reader is a
sturdy paperback with about 32 pages with full color illustrations.
