There is map work in this course. Though the publisher offers a very nice set of large blank maps printed on paper with an old fashioned look, we think a better long-term investment is one of the following map products. You can use either of these for other geography and world or US map studies. You make the copies you need on your computer printer in the quantities you need for your family.
Suggestion: If you are a really into making maps, then purchase some parchment looking paper at your local office supply store and use it to make your homeschool maps.
