Horizons Penmanship Curriculum

With Horizons Penmanship, your student will practice letter formation, spacing, capitalization, punctuation, and pencil grip, moving from printing to cursive writing. From Alpha Omega, Horizons is a Christian based curriculum. It is available for grades 1 to 5.

Horizons penmanship uses the ball and stick method for teaching manuscript handwriting. Cursive handwriting is started in grade 2. Students will copy Bible verses from the New International Bible and excerpts from important historical documents.

Horizons Penmanship 1 Set

Students will learn "correct letter formation, proper stroke and posture, word spacing, and basic capitalization and punctuation" in Horizons Penmanship for grade 1.
