Reading Detective Comprehension Curriculum
If you need a good reading comprehension and critical reading skills curriculum, the Reading Detective series is more than adequate.
The Reading Detective series starts with grade 3. For younger children there is the Early Reading Comprehension series.
Many times a child has problems with reading comprehension because they simply don't know how to read. Before you add reading comprehension to your curriculum,
please make sure your child has mastered basic reading skills: consonant sounds, long and short vowel sounds, blends, etc. If that is the root of the problem, I
suggest looking at the Explode the Code series. All of the books in this series are reproducible for single-classroom use.
Other subjects are also available in the Critical Thinking Curriculum.
