Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases. Most of the items we sell are returnable for thirty days after purchase (see exceptions in #3 below).  If you wish to return an item, we will be happy to accept the return within 30 days of the purchase; however, the following conditions apply:

1. Please call us before shipping a return for a Return Authorization and to verify eligibility.  Sometimes folks think it's only been a month, when it has actually been several or think they ordered from us when it was from another company.  It also lets us know to watch for your package.

2. The item(s) must be in new sellable condition, no markings, folds, etc.

3. Software, audio CDs, DVDs, audio cassettes, and video cassettes are non-returnable. If the items are defective from manufacturer, please contact us about a replacement.  Switched-On Schoolhouse products are non-returnable, but Alpha Omega does offer excellent tech support.

4. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that you use a shipping method that has delivery confirmation and insurance.

5. Please contact us within 10 days if you have a damaged or defective product so we can arrange to correct the problem.
