Starting Points World View Primer
Starting Points Overview
Starting Points, where our thinking begins, is the introductory
course to the three-year course World Views of the Western World by David Quine.
It provides the basic foundation of the Biblical world view, practice in identifying literature based upon the Biblical world view,
three approaches to apologetics, and an
understanding of the world view of the founding of the US.
The Starting Points guide includes a weekly teaching overview, daily Assignments,
explanations, outlines, short answer questions, and essay questions.
Starting Points is a research based unit study. It incorporates all major disciplines (except math) into
one study of famous (and not-so famous) inventors, inventions, and
entrepreneurs. Encourages child to start a business, develop a new
product, or try out an apprenticeship.
For Grades 7 to 12, three credits are available in Bible,
Literature, and American History.
